Scott Lipford had a very early calling into the medical field at the age of 4 when he drowned in a pool, and they did CPR on him and saved his life. At the age of 8, he had his first life save, then at the age of 14, he became the youngest CPR and First aid instructor in the United States. At 16, he would continue teaching CPR and First aid and become a Public Safety Servant working as an EMT specialist, a Deputy Sheriff, and a firefighter. He would spend his Saturdays working at St. Joe's hospital as an EMT specialist, as well as working at the ambulance base, the sheriff's office, and the fire department. As he got older, he worked at a mental health institution. Throughout Scott's career, he has donated 5000 hours of voluntary services. At the age of 25, he started his nursing career as an OR Nurse. Scott has dealt with lots of emergencies and trauma, and seeing how important CPR and First Aid are in saving lives. He started the SAFETY PLUS healthcare training center 30 years ago because he felt the need to educate the community more in CPR and First Aid. He has committed his whole life to educating and saving people's lives.
